The new marina features 30 liveaboard and guest slips for boats from 30 to 85 feet. Amenities include power and water hookups, restrooms, showers and 24 hour security. Customs clearance and boat maintenence services also available.

 

MARINA RATES

Short term rate (up to 29 days):

$ .50 / ft. / day plus 10 % sales tax
$ .75 / ft. / day plus 10 % sales tax for end tie

Middle term rate (30 days and up):

$8.00 / ft. / month plus 10 % sales tax
$10.00 / ft. / month plus 10 % sales tax for end tie

All slips are subject to availability.

Liability Insurance is required.

Minimum LOA: 30'
Maximum LOA: 100'

Rates are calculated on the lengthe of the slip or the length of the vessel, whichever is greater. Rates include electricity (30 amps) and water.

Advance payment is necessary for the entire length of stay on short term upon arrival.

Middle term rates are based on minimum stay of two months paid in advance. No refunds for early departures.

Check out time is 1pm.

Services available: 30 slips, electricity, water, restrooms, showers, dock carts, public phones, snack bar, daily weather report, fishing licenses, 24 hour security, walking distance to downtown Ensenada, parking, fishing tackle, ice, boat clearance, boat rentals, monitors VHF channel 06.
