Trips in Todos Santos Bay
From December 15 through April 15, view the magnificent California gray whales as they migrate from the cold northern waters of Alaska to the warm breeding grounds of central Baja California lagoons. Traveling more than 10,000 miles gray whales swim day and night the extraordinary journey takes about four months. They stay close to coastline and swim alone or in small groups. Thousands of people along the Pacific Ocean coast enjoy the sighting of these amazing creatures once on the brink of extinction.
Come and see this creature that measures what 5 cars put together do, that has a beard instead of teeth, that is born under water but breaths air and when it is born it measures more than 10 feet the charismatic and friendly gray whale. Don't miss this opportunity to mingle with nature, the sea, the whales and many other forms of marine life such as sea lions, dolphins, seals and a great diversity of birds.
Four hour excursions with guides are scheduled every day while in season on open party basis, tickets are $30.00 for adults and $20.00 for minors under 12 years of age babies under 2 rides for free; departure time is 12:00 p.m. returns at 4:00 p.m., also available private charters with special time frames. - Whale watching season happens over the winter months please bring warm clothing.
- Eat well before departure
- If you get sea sick motion sickness pills are recommended such as Dramamine you can buy them at our convenience store within our offices.
- You are more than welcome to bring into the boats your own food and drinks if you are in a hurry buy your favorite items at our store. In any case please avoid glass bottles.
- Do not forget your camera.
- Please check in at our offices 30 minutes prior to departure time.
